Spicy Salmon

This recipe is very easy to make and taste really really good. You will all really like it.

Ingredients:

1 whole salmon fillet
1 tomato
1 small handful coriander
1 red or white onion
1 garlic clove
2 lemons
1 tsp salt
1 cup of olive oil
1 tsp cayenne pepper

Place the salmon fillet on a foil on a baking tray.

Chop the tomato, onion and coriander in small pieces and place in a large bowl.

Mash the garlic clove, juice the 2 lemons and mix with the salt, olive oil and cayenne pepper.

Mix all the ingredients together in the large bowl.

Cover the Salmon with all the mixed ingredients. Place a foil on top of the salmom and cook in the oven for about 40 minutes on 350.


Serve with steamed rice.
