Smoked Salmon Puffs

Smoked salmon puffs are delicious and make a great party or picnic dish. A really easy salmon recipe, there's very little cooking involved, if you can turn the oven on then you can cook these wonderful smoked salmon puffs.

Ingredients

  • 1 small pack smoked salmon pieces
  • 4oz/150g cream cheese
  • around 1tblsp snipped chives
  • 2oz/50 g butter
  • ground black pepper
  • 3 (10 ounce) cans refrigerated croissant dough

Method

Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces.
In a bowl, mix the smoked salmon, chives, cream cheese and butter until creamy.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
Unroll the croissant dough and divide in half thereby creating 12 rectangles. Place about one tablespoon of the smoked salmon and cheese mixture on each rectangle. Roll into balls.
Arrange balls on a large greased baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated oven for around 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
