Salmon Side Dish - Farfalle Pasta with Herbed Tomatoes
A simple and delicious Salmon side dish recipe. Farfalle pasta mixed with a herbed tomato salsa makes the perfect side dish for salmon.
Ingredients - serves 4
- 4 large ripe beefsteak tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 50g/2oz fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 25g/1oz fresh mint leaves, chopped
- Sea Salt & ground black pepper to taste
- 300g/11oz cooked Farfalle pasta (or any other suitable pasta shape)
Method
In a bowl mix all of the ingredients together.
Season to taste.
This tasty side dish goes well served with poached, grilled or fried salmon.
