Lime Cilantro Grilled Salmon Fillet
Ingredients - Serves 2
1/2 -1 lb salmon fillet
3 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp snipped fresh cilantro (coriander)
1/4 teasp cracked black pepper
Method
Wash and pat dry the salmon fillet then place on tin foil.
In a small bowl add lime juice, oil, and cilantro (also known as coriander).
Mix in a bowl and then brush over the salmon fillet, sprinkle with cracked black pepper.
Grill as desired, until salmon flakes when tested with a fork.
May serve with lime wedges.
