Brown Sugar and Garlic Salmon

Ingredients

1 salmon fillet per person.
Brown sugar
Minced garlic
Oil

Before putting the salmon fillets in the oven place on a foil lined baking sheet.

Don't oil or grease pan. Then skin will stick to the foil when the salmon fillet has finished cooking and you will be left with just the salmon flesh.

Place minced garlic on salmon according to taste, then pack a 1/4 inch layer of brown sugar onto fillets. Bake or Grill in the oven until the salmon flakes easily.
