Baked Salmon Steaks with Yogurt and Mustard

In a bowl mix yogurt, dry mustard, black pepper, lemon juice, freshly grated garlic, hot pepper, sauce, and a little paprika (no salt needed).

Coat salmon steaks on either side, put in a pre heated oven at 500 (hot) for 15 minutes or until tender, what I do is when it’s about to be finished, I put the salmon steaks in the upper rack to get a nice brown coloring.
